CELEBRATING
JESUS’
BIRTHDAY!

MERRY
CHRISTMAS!

"Who can add to Christmas? The perfect motive is that God so
loved the world. The perfect gift is that He gave His only Son.
The only requirement is to believe in Him. The reward of faith
is that you shall have everlasting life." By Corrie Ten Boom

CELEBRATING BEING GRANNY VE AND PAPA STEVE

It has been a joy for us to be grandparents and for the kids to be
aunts and uncles. Chloe turned 1 in February and it has been fun
watching her change from a baby to a toddler. She enjoys playing
and interacting with her world. On May 6, Chloe became a big
sister when Eva Catherine made her appearance. We are
grandparents to two precious little girls.

CELEBRATING STEVE’S DAD’S LIFE.

On June 6, Steve’s Dad (Melvin)
transitioned from life here on earth.
He had not been doing well since last
December. With wonderful care from
his daughters and grandson, he was
able to stay at home. Going through
the house and getting it ready to
change ownership was a large task
that mainly Sharon and Sonja did with
some help from Veva and others.
We were thankful that the house and
farm land was able to stay in the
family when Steve’s brother purchased it.

CELEBRATING GOD’S PROVISION.

One morning we were sitting at the breakfast table and Veva just
sat down when one of the kids needed to get by to get something.
Veva commented, “I am so tired of just sitting down and having
to get up.” Steve said, “It is time!” We decide to enclose our
back porch we built 3 years ago and turn it into our new family room.
We hired someone to close it in and Steve has been working on
finishing the inside. We are looking forward to having the space.
Our current front room will become our dining room and cabinets
will be built where our current table sits in the kitchen.

CELEBRATING US:

Steve and Veva celebrated their 37th anniversary in June. Steve
